📋 Description

• As an editorial intern at Studio Eins, you produce the radio magazine "Hier und Jetzt". • You work in a team and produce one broadcast per month. • The team works largely independently. • Support is provided by an experienced colleague for questions. • As an editor you independently decide which topics you want to cover. • Tasks include topic selection, research, creating contributions for the broadcast, and producing the complete show. • Research relevant topics for radio segments. • Conceptualize, plan, and conduct interviews with external partners. • Plan and technically produce the spoken segments for the radio show. • Plan and technically produce a complete radio broadcast including spoken segments and music. • Ensure the quality of the produced radio broadcasts. • Write online articles about the show and other topics for the Studio Eins website. • Participate in editorial meetings and required trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• No prior professional knowledge is required. • Anyone can participate in principle. • An important prerequisite is an interest in journalistic work. • Be a member of the association or join it. • Additionally, willingness to collaborate respectfully and cooperatively within the team is required. • Self-responsibility, social skills, and reliability are expected. • Necessary technical skills are taught during the internship.

• Participation in the editorial team is organized as an internship. • Upon completion of the internship you will receive a certificate/reference, which can be helpful for applications. • The internship comprises a total of 176 hours. • The schedule can be arranged flexibly and the work is carried out 100% remotely (home office). • You are welcome to continue producing broadcasts after the internship. • During the internship there is also the opportunity to create articles for our website. • Work at Studio Eins is voluntary and therefore unpaid.
