• Join calls, ask questions, and work to understand how the client's business operates • Document requirements, map out processes, and turn messy workflows into tangible plans • Read through existing code and configurations to understand current operations • Dig into data to answer questions or spot issues • Test out new tools and integrations as part of discovery work • Own your estimates and commitments to timelines
• A qualification in IT, computer science, or a related technical field — or equivalent self-taught experience • 1–3 years of experience working within an IT team in some capacity (support, QA, development, data analysis, etc.) • Comfortable reading and reasoning about code — you don't need to write it fluently, but you should be able to open a codebase and understand the broad strokes • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll be writing a lot of documentation, tickets, and client correspondence • A demonstrated habit of being reliable with deadlines and proactive when things go off track • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar)
