📋 Description
• Design and develop AI-driven workflows • Build, train, and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive, high-volume tasks inside Zoho CRM. • Integrate AI solutions with Zoho One (CRM, People, Desk, Flow, etc.). • Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and measure outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field • Additional certifications in Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator / Automation / AI-ML will be an advantage. • Experience orchestrating multi-app workflows and third-party integrations. • Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements.
