• Research and plan content that engages target audiences and earns links, mentions, and co-citations from authoritative sources. • Identify trends, audience interests, and publisher opportunities across education, test prep, and career licensure. • Develop content strategies that increase brand mentions and position content alongside trusted experts, institutions, and publications. • Manage the end-to-end content production process, including sourcing SMEs, writers, and reviewers while maintaining quality and deadlines. • Write and edit articles, reports, resource guides, and other outreach-focused content assets. • Partner with outreach teams and leverage data insights and AI tools to create newsworthy content that drives publisher engagement and placements. • Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, trend discovery, ideation, drafting, and QA
• Minimum 3–5 years developing marketing content for link building (and/or digital PR-style link acquisition) • Excellent written and spoken English language skills • Prior work experience in a remote setting • Deep familiarity with the US education system and media interests
