📋 Description
• Support the development of curriculum, test prep, and instructional materials • Onboard, coordinate, and support a distributed team of SMEs and content developers • Apply learning science principles and learning design best practices to ensure development of learner-centered content • Build and maintain scalable, high-quality content development workflows using AI and other tools • Provide clear, ongoing feedback, troubleshooting, and guidance to freelancers and contributors • Continuously improve content development processes through experimentation and innovation and AI usage • Monitor and proactively communicate progress, risks, and resource needs to team leadership • Conduct research to formulate and propose evidence-based solutions • Develop, document, and maintain best practices for content creation and review
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, test prep content, or ed tech content management • Demonstrated success using AI-powered tools or automation to support content development • Experience implementing learning science and instructional design principles in content creation for learners • Experience working in ed tech or digital learning environments • Fluent English language skills • Comfortable working PST business hours • Experience working with globally distributed teams (Optional preferred qualification) • Experience with independent and collaborative decision-making processes
