đŻ Requirements
âą 3+ years of product management experience, including experience with subscriptions and product led growth âą A builder mentality - proactive, hands-on and excited to test, fail and learn fast âą Rapid experimentation mindset - creative, data-informed, and able to design and run product experiments independently âą Fluency with data and experimentation - comfortable designing and interpreting A/B tests or performing data analyses âą AI-native operator - tech-savvy and experienced using AI tools, workflows, and automations to ideate, validate, or ship faster âą Strong product sense - combines strategic thinking with a sharp eye for UX, design, and user behaviour âą Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to align teams quickly and make complex topics simple
