📋 Description

• Identify opportunities across the website, app stores, content, job boards, and the funnel through to Premium • Develop and launch your own projects • Build and launch landing pages, tests, and campaign components using AI • Set up and evaluate A/B tests • Analyze results and derive actionable insights • Test app store elements such as screenshots, icons, titles, and descriptions • Write copy and messaging for learners • Create landing page headlines, ad copy, and social content • Track trends and viral formats on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms • Incorporate relevant social trends into campaigns • Gradually take full ownership of your own projects, from ideation through evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Early-career professional following university; recent graduates are expressly welcome • One to two years of marketing experience are possible, but not required • Strong AI skills and experience with—or willingness to work with—AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex • Eagerness to learn about AI agents and automation • Willingness to build and launch things yourself rather than just writing prompts • Strong copywriting skills and clear writing • A good feel for the language and messages that resonate with school students and university students • An understanding of social trends and why content goes viral • Close connection to the target audience • Independence, curiosity, and the ability to see projects through to completion • Willingness to learn analytics tools and evaluate tests objectively • Basic marketing knowledge is an advantage; initial exposure to paid marketing, SEO, or lifecycle marketing is helpful but not required • Native-level German • Initial personal projects that you can showcase, such as a blog, Instagram account, university campaign, or side project
