📋 Description

• Develop and execute a global IT/OT strategy aligned with business and data center growth objectives. • Lead digital transformation initiatives across data center infrastructure. • Build and scale high-performing global IT/OT teams across multiple regions. • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational resilience. • Oversee IT systems supporting mission-critical facilities (DCIM, BMS, EMS, etc.). • Ensure high availability, uptime, and performance of data center infrastructure. • Drive standardization of systems, architecture, and processes across global sites. • Partner with engineering teams on design, build, and commissioning of new facilities. • Lead integration between enterprise IT systems and operational technologies. • Establish secure, scalable connectivity between data center assets and enterprise platforms. • Implement best practices for OT cybersecurity, including segmentation and risk mitigation. • Develop and enforce global IT/OT security frameworks aligned with international standards and industry best practices. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and infrastructure regulations across geographies. • Manage risk, incident response, and disaster recovery planning. • Drive continuous improvement in uptime, efficiency, and cost optimization. • Implement monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools for real-time visibility. • Lead vendor selection, partnerships, and contract negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in IT, OT, or infrastructure leadership roles. • Strong data center experience (hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise environments). • Proven leadership in IT/OT convergence within critical infrastructure environments. • Deep knowledge of: • Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM). • Building Management Systems (BMS). • Network and systems architecture. • Industrial control systems. • Experience scaling global teams and operations.
