📋 Description

• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support by phone and on site • Connect and support peripheral devices such as printers and scanners • Create and maintain virtualization solutions and firewalls • Manage user accounts and permissions • Configure systems • Perform maintenance activities • Provide operational support and helpdesk services

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification • Experience configuring and administering networks • Good knowledge of hardware and software installation • Good knowledge of troubleshooting and error resolution • Very good command of German • Good command of English • Strong communication and teamwork skills
