📋 Description

• Independent inspection, maintenance and repair of electrically and electronically controlled industrial trucks and warehouse systems in the Mannheim customer area • Systematic troubleshooting and diagnosis of electrical, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical components — including drive, control and battery systems — using modern diagnostic software • Independent organization, scheduling and upkeep of the tools, measuring equipment and spare parts inventory in your own service vehicle • Technical consultation and first point of contact for our customers on site, including documentation of the service and repair work performed

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training — e.g. automotive/commercial vehicle mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery technician or a comparable qualification (m/f/d) • Ideally initial experience in technical service and working with commercial customers (field or inside service); entry-level candidates are welcome • Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of working independently • High reliability and a friendly, professional manner with our customers and suppliers • Valid driving licence (Class B) required
