📋 Description

• Handle incident responses and support requests submitted via email or portal • Provide Tier 2 customer support across web and mobile applications • Troubleshoot issues related to production databases, focusing on optimization and data integrity • Work cross-functionally with Development, Production, and Implementation teams • Assist Customer Success team with reporting and tracking issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing tickets from end to end • Proficiency in troubleshooting production databases • Familiarity with configuration, coding, and performance optimization • Experience with relational databases such as MongoDB • Working knowledge of performance monitoring and debugging tools such as Datadog or Sentry • General knowledge of API requests and responses • Experience on a Tier 2 IT help desk or similar technical function
