• Oversee teams conducting compensation analyses and position benchmarking for executives and/or staff • Manage complex projects within established budgets • Draft prospective client proposals, comprehensive work plans, presentations and reports to address client needs • Oversee the development of junior associates • Serve as the emerging subject matter expert on client teams • Act as a key client liaison and build client relationships • Lead special projects in pursuit of practice development and growth
• Bachelor’s degree • Seven or more years of either executive and/or staff compensation consulting experience or seven years or more of related compensation analytical experience involving data evaluation, financial modeling and presentation design • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Excellent people and articulation skills, including the ability to foster an open and effective channel of communication with clients and across teams and provide constructive feedback that helps junior associates develop skills and experiences • Excellent project management, organizational skills, and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
