• Define and implement Sully.ai’s KSA go-to-market strategy to drive rapid adoption and growth. • Oversee all local operations (sales, partnerships, customer success, finance, HR). • Own full P&L responsibility and optimize expenses while driving aggressive revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, regulators, and key partners. • Conduct market analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
• 7+ years in a senior general management, country head, or regional leadership role. • Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS or AI businesses, ideally in the Middle East. • Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership. • Deep understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment. • Bilingual proficiency: English (required), Arabic (strongly preferred). • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
