📋 Description

• Sumble builds a knowledge graph from web data focused on go-to-market teams, using sources like job posts and resume data to identify org structure, tech stack, and key projects (e.g., GenAI initiatives, cloud migrations) • Company has early revenue, strong product-market fit, and a small engineering team of ~10 experienced engineers • Finetuning small language models • Improve quality of existing data using scalable approaches (e.g., LLM validation, SERP, triangulating across sources) • Add new signals by scrubbing, matching, normalizing, and mapping to existing ontology • Push solutions into production, touching data pipelines and backend systems as needed • Tech stack includes PyTorch, Huggingface, Gemma models, LORA, VLLM, Skypilot, Marimo, Python, FastAPI, React, Typescript, GCP, PostgreSQL, DuckDB, Cloud Run • Challenges include transforming noisy datasets into high-quality products, running expensive analytics efficiently, managing complexity of many data sources and ML models, and creating a PLG experience with upsell pathways
