📋 Description

• Represent the customer within the development process and ensure their needs are central to product decisions. • Write detailed product requirements, primarily in the form of user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. • Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Work with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure readiness for releases. • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
