📋 Description

• Create and maintain SKUs, promotional codes, and marketing-related system entries. • Set up and manage Google Business Profiles for new and existing locations. • Monitor and assist with online reputation management, including review tracking and response coordination. • Perform routine website updates, including content changes, promotions, location information, and basic page edits. • Assist with marketing project coordination and administrative tasks. • Maintain accurate records and documentation across marketing platforms and systems. • Support new location openings, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed. • Assist with the onboarding and setup of fleet accounts, including: Lead Intake, Discovery, Agreement & Documentation, Account Setup, Internal Readiness, Client Launch.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Comfortable learning new software and digital platforms. • Experience with website content management systems is preferred. • Experience with Google Business Profile management is a plus. • Marketing, administrative, customer service, or project coordination experience preferred. • Highly organized and process-driven. • Self-motivated and dependable. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Customer-focused mindset. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
