âą Bachelors Degree: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. âą Certifications in finance, sales, or business development can be a plus. âą 2-3 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services or loan products. âą Experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sector is often preferred. âą Knowledge of the challenges and needs specific to SMEs. âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin is required. âą Strong ability to negotiate terms, persuade clients and close deals. âą Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. âą Capability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness. âą Proficiency in using various sales techniques and methodologies. âą Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-paced, target-driven environment. âą Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and customer data.
