Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in Selangor. âą As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executive (Mandarin Speaker) - WFH to provide unrivalled support to our clients in the lending facilities.
âą Bachelors Degree: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. âą Certifications in finance, sales, or business development can be a plus. âą 2-3 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services or loan products. âą Experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sector is often preferred. âą Knowledge of the challenges and needs specific to SMEs. âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin. âą Strong ability to negotiate terms, persuade clients and close deals. âą Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. âą Capability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness. âą Proficiency in using various sales techniques and methodologies. âą Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-paced, target-driven environment. âą Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and customer data.
