• Provide unrivalled support to clients in the lending facilities • Pitch and sell loan products • Negotiate terms and persuade clients • Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field • Certifications in finance, sales, or business development can be a plus • 2-3 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services or loan products • Experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sector is often preferred • Knowledge of the challenges and needs specific to SMEs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & Mandarin • Strong ability to negotiate terms, persuade clients and close deals • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Capability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and customer data • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-paced, target-driven environment
