âą Conduct initial assessments of patient enquiries, symptoms, and concerns using established clinical protocols. âą Determine the urgency of patient needs and direct them to the appropriate service (e.g., GP appointment, urgent care, emergency services). âą Document all patient interactions accurately and comprehensively in the practice management system. âą Schedule and coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups as required. âą Address general administrative queries related to services, processes, and paperwork. âą Practice within the full scope of your nursing qualifications and in accordance with AHPRA standards and guidelines. âą Participate in ongoing training and maintain all necessary professional registrations and certifications.
âą Fluent command of written and spoken English with a clear, articulate, and professional phone manner. âą Proven experience in a clinical nursing role with strong assessment and triage skills. âą Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and practice management software. âą Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace. âą Current and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is highly desirable. âą Experience in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, or virtual care is highly desirable.
