⢠Manage clients across technical, business, and product matters to help them achieve their goals ⢠Manage and grow relationships with key client stakeholders ⢠Identify opportunities and potential challenges ⢠Provide clients with training and webinars ⢠Introduce clients to new features and handle new feature releases ⢠Provide client feedback internally ⢠Represent clients while collaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal, and Marketing teams
đŻ Requirements
⢠Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager in crypto, fintech, or payments ⢠Basic understanding of KYC is a plus ⢠Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel ⢠Strong analytical skills ⢠Proactive approach ⢠Advanced English and Mandarin
