📋 Description

• Developing and enhancing automation features for KYB onboarding. • Exploring and implementing LLM, and AI/ML solutions to optimize processes. • Defining and prioritizing product initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. • Working closely with engineering, analytics and compliance teams to drive innovations in automation. • Validating hypotheses which help improve quality and performance metrics. • Monitoring key quality and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical product management or related role with a focus on KYC/KYB, compliance, fintech, or digital identity products. • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and technical project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.). • Proven experience in working closely with development teams; ability to read and interpret technical specifications. • Ability to write basic SQL queries for analytics. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and proactively seek weak points to offer solutions. • Fluency in English.
