• University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.). • 3–6 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, Legal Operations Counsel, or similar role. • Demonstrated track record of legal process improvement and optimization of contract lifecycle management. • Practical experience in adopting AI-driven tools within legal operations. • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology agreements governed primarily by English law. • Proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Experience in IT, fintech, or regtech companies is a nice to have.
