📋 Description

• Reviewing and risk-based assessment of contracts daily. • Supporting RFP procedures and customizing contractual terms. • Drafting and amending contractual templates and internal policies. • Communicating and negotiating with counterparties and stakeholders. • Collaborating with internal teams for contract review processes.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M). • 3+ years of working experience in an international environment. • Extensive experience in drafting/reviewing/negotiating legal documents in English. • Experience with B2B SaaS agreements under common law. • Good knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR.
