📋 Description

• Managing the DocuSign environment, including template optimization. • Participating in company-wide strategic projects as operational representative. • Supporting implementation and scaling of AI in contract management. • Partnering with data analysts to maintain and analyze legal dashboards. • Designing and refining standardized contract templates for internal stakeholders. • Leading review and negotiation of technology contracts governed by English law. • Aligning with internal stakeholders on legal processes and optimizing operations.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.). • 3–6 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role. • Demonstrated track record of legal process improvement. • Practical experience in adopting AI-driven tools in legal operations. • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology agreements. • Proactive, adaptable mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities. • Experience in IT, fintech, or regtech companies is a nice to have.
