📋 Description

• Partner with customers throughout the implementation journey, providing technical guidance and ensuring a smooth integration experience. • Design scalable integration solutions tailored to customers' technical architecture and business requirements. • Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and resolve issues by collaborating across engineering and product teams. • Validate and test integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and a seamless customer experience. • Act as the technical voice of the customer, sharing product feedback and influencing future development. • Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams and serve as their primary technical advisor during implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role. • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations. • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and able to read and troubleshoot code. • Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and modern web technologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills, confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities individually.
