📋 Description
• Call, email, and text customers whose order did not go through, aiming to recover sales and increase revenue • Engage with customers to address concerns, offer assistance, and provide incentives to complete their purchases • Follow up persistently and professionally to ensure customer engagement and increase conversion rates • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities • Meet or exceed individual sales recovery targets on a weekly or monthly basis
🎯 Requirements
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive sales results • Comfort and proficiency with manual dialing and reaching out to leads • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers via phone, email, and text • A positive attitude and a passion for sales • Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Prior experience in phone sales, or telemarketing is a plus, but not required
