📋 Description

• Manage Sunbit's credit card portfolio data science efforts and report to the Head of Business Data Analytics • Drive evaluation of competing priorities across business functions and disposition right-sized, scalable solutions • Identify new business opportunities and develop hypotheses using data to drive growth • Support business leaders in planning, strategy development, and operational management through data • Measure and evaluate customer funnel performance and identify improvement levers • Design A/B tests and implement a robust test-and-learn strategy • Perform ad-hoc analysis ranging from exploratory data analysis to root cause analysis • Analyze Credit Card engagement and credit performance • Liaison with data engineering and product to build sustainable and scalable data solutions • Own and manage BI reports as focal point for the business’ data and analytics needs • Act as a catalyst to help the card business operate strategically using data

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years with a Master’s degree in quantitative fields (Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering etc.) • Proficient in SQL • Knowledge in Sigma (or other BI platform), Python, R or SAS is a plus • 2+ years of experience in Credit Card, Loans or other financial services • Good verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Passionate about solving real-world problems with data • Strong growth mindset and proactive ownership of projects • Lives the 80/20 principle to maximize efficiency and results
