📋 Description

• Lead and create visually compelling graphic design assets for digital and print media, including advertisements, banners, email templates, social media posts, and more • Design and produce high-quality 3D renders for product visualizations, marketing materials, and e-commerce marketplaces • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create cohesive visual narratives for campaigns, websites, and product launches • Use your motion graphics skills to enhance projects, such as web banners, social media ads, and short animations (motion graphics experience is a plus but not the primary focus) • Maintain consistent visual design standards that reflect the Sunco brand identity across all touchpoints • Provide creative direction and design leadership within the team, offering feedback and mentoring to junior designers and team members • Ensure that design work is delivered on time and meets the highest quality standards • Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and techniques to continually bring fresh ideas to the table • Other tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Animation, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a design role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and 3D rendering • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and 3D modeling/rendering tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar • Solid experience in producing 3D renderings, including product visualization, environmental design, and realistic texturing • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition • Motion graphics experience is a plus, especially for short animations and digital assets, though not a primary requirement • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects with varying timelines • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
