Sunfire is an electrolysis specialist developing and manufacturing industrial-scale electrolyzers (AEL and SOEC) for green hydrogen production. The company supplies pressurized alkaline and solid-oxide electrolyzers and deploys P2X solutions for industrial customers such as refineries to support decarbonization and the energy transition. Sunfire focuses on engineering, production capacity scaling, and partnering with industry to enable large-scale green hydrogen adoption.

📋 Description

• Review of commercial project contracts and support in negotiating them • Advise and support project teams on contract-related matters • Manage contract amendments, addenda and extensions • Monitor project performance against contractual obligations • Coordinate with legal, finance and procurement departments to facilitate contract execution and administration • Manage and negotiate change orders and variations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a technical or business-related field • Professional experience in contract and claims management for projects in the oil & gas, chemical, energy sector or plant engineering • Well organized with a confident presence and strong negotiation skills • Fluent in English and German; additional languages welcome
