The platform is aimed at enterprise sustainability, compliance, and GTM teams to reduce response times, improve ratings, and turn proof into a competitive advantage.

📋 Description

• Drive generative and agentic AI from ideation through to deployment. • Own evaluation and quality: confidence scoring, accuracy measurement, and regression testing. • Instrument the data flywheel from day one: capture every AI draft and every final output. • Build the product end-to-end, including automations and integrations. • Work forward-deployed using modern LLMOps practices and closely with live deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack engineer: You build and ship products end-to-end, confidently across the entire stack — from data models and services to the interfaces on top. • Strong product mindset: You focus on outcomes, not just shipping features. • Experienced with GenAI and agentic workflows: Several years building and operating agentic AI in production. • Strong in TypeScript and Python: You use TypeScript for product, services, and agents, and Python for deterministic logic and data work. • Automation and reliability: Ideally experienced with browser automation and integrating systems via APIs and MCP. • Evaluation and LLMOps: You rigorously evaluate model outputs and apply modern LLMOps and CI/CD practices. • SaaS and domain experience: You have successfully implemented AI in B2B SaaS applications. • Fluent English: You are fluent in English to communicate effectively with our team and stakeholders.
