📋 Description

• Coordinate meetings, ceremonies, and project logistics to keep teams aligned and productive • Capture notes, decisions, and action items during client and internal meetings • Share updates promptly with stakeholders • Monitor action items, dependencies, and deadlines • Follow up with appropriate owners to maintain delivery momentum • Facilitate communication between technical leads, engineers, and client stakeholders • Identify project risks and roadblocks and work with the technical team on solutions • Support lightweight agile practices, including ceremonies, visual boards, and feedback loops • Help project leaders drive execution of technical projects and foster agile ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with IT or technology teams in an agile environment • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building relationships to influence and drive change • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities • Demonstrated qualities of a strong team player with a proactive mindset • Agile mindset, with experience performing Scrum Master duties or facilitating agile ceremonies across multiple teams • Advanced English level, both written and spoken • Experience managing data or software projects, preferably in analytics, ML/AI, or data engineering environments • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to remain positive, confident, and resourceful in complex or unexpected situations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand and communicate technical challenges and program execution • Experience in cloud platforms such as Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus • Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or Agile Project Management are a plus • Understanding of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field is preferred
