📋 Description
• Reconcile active and passive positions of funds and managed portfolios with internal systems; • Monitor the registration of new assets and movements on administrators' platforms; • Initiate, monitor and record asset buy and sell transactions; • Produce and distribute management reports to internal teams and fund managers; • Monitor and control fund distribution contracts; • Maintain close relationships with administrators, custodians, distributors and systems providers; • Actively contribute to continuous improvements in the department's processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed (or in final stage) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields; • Previous experience in fund back office or operational areas of the financial market is desirable; • Advanced Excel (VBA is a plus); • Python skills are a plus; • Familiarity with administrators' platforms and operational systems; • Clear, concise and collaborative communication; • Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks; • Comfortable working in a team and building strong relationships.
