📋 Description
• Manage GPO account membership and pricing structures • Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies • Ensure accuracy in contract management • Develop and implement business rules for customer segments • Collaborate with internal and external partners for processing
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or AD preferred • Detailed understanding of the life science industry • Ability to manage pricing tiers and volume-based rebates • Excellent communication skills for resolving customer discrepancies • Familiarity with contract management systems • Analytical skills for chargeback volume analysis • Experience with data integrity and reconciliation
