📋 Description

• Build and maintain Python services, REST APIs, and background workers • Work with data pipelines, stream consumers, database layers, and cache layers • Write tests and contribute to code quality and code reviews • Learn the technology stack hands-on with mentorship • Take part in the team's on-call rotation as you ramp up, with support • Collaborate with senior engineers to ship reliable features • Contribute to fraud detection, recommendations, personalization, and related production systems • Turn data-science experimentation into robust, production-grade systems

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of Python backend experience; strong internships or projects count • Solid Python fundamentals and eagerness to go deep • Basic SQL • Working understanding of REST APIs • Curiosity and willingness to learn fast • Good problem-solving and communication • Nice to have: FastAPI • Nice to have: Async programming • Nice to have: Exposure to Redis or Kafka • Nice to have: Docker • Nice to have: Any data engineering or ML exposure • Nice to have: SaaS or high-scale product domain experience
