• Improve developer workflows and tooling • Own local development environment stability; eliminate “works on my machine” • Integrate and optimize developer workflow tools • Build internal tooling that eliminates friction for engineers • Collaborate closely with engineering teams • Drive engineering excellence • Introduce metrics, observability, and feedback loops • Establish automation and practices • Champion best practices • Own CI/CD & Release Automation • Profile build and deployment performance • Audit and optimize container images
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on developer productivity, infrastructure, or platform engineering • Proficient in Go and Typescript • Experience with monorepo tooling and package managers like pnpm or Nx • CI/CD tools (e.g. Github Actions, ArgoCD, Octopus, Harness) • Local development environments stable and reproducible across teams • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in async or globally distributed teams
