📋 Description

‱ Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. ‱ You’ll take ownership of our company-wide incident response program. ‱ Ensure our existing process is followed and continuously improved. ‱ Work across Eng and Support to drive accountability and maintain uptime SLAs. ‱ Ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Have 3+ years of experience in incident management, site reliability engineering, or technical program management ‱ Have run or participated in on-call rotations and high-severity incident response ‱ Have used tools like incident.io, Opsgenie, PagerDuty, Datadog On-call ‱ Are comfortable creating structure under uncertainty and driving cross-functional alignment ‱ Can facilitate calm, clear incident calls and write blameless retrospectives ‱ Prior experience in open-source or developer tools companies ‱ Exposure to regulatory/compliance incident response (e.g., SOC2, GDPR) ‱ Experience running incident response programs in distributed teams ‱ Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences ‱ Have experience in async or globally distributed teams
