âą Have 3+ years of experience in incident management, site reliability engineering, or technical program management âą Have run or participated in on-call rotations and high-severity incident response âą Have used tools like incident.io, Opsgenie, PagerDuty, Datadog On-call âą Are comfortable creating structure under uncertainty and driving cross-functional alignment âą Can facilitate calm, clear incident calls and write blameless retrospectives âą Prior experience in open-source or developer tools companies âą Exposure to regulatory/compliance incident response (e.g., SOC2, GDPR) âą Experience running incident response programs in distributed teams âą Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences âą Have experience in async or globally distributed teams
