📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of 2–3 full-time engineers and 2 interns • Contribute to the company’s DevOps strategy and infrastructure decisions • Accelerate development with faster, safer, more frequent deployments • Improve developer happiness and productivity with better tools and workflows • Empower developers and non-developers to use AI through internal tooling, AI code reviews, asynchronous agents, and shared context • Deliver cost savings through infrastructure optimizations • Build, maintain, and ensure high availability of AWS cloud infrastructure • Hire, retain, and grow top engineering talent • Execute on business-critical projects end-to-end • Ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years infrastructure engineering manager or 3+ years as a senior infrastructure engineer with notable mentorship, hiring, and leadership experience • Significant experience building and operating environments with AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform • Familiarity with production monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing systems (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry, etc.) • Strong technical background with knowledge of networking, POSIX operating systems, and backend software engineering • Ability to code in a modern language well enough to write a single-file script and review python tooling code changes for the team • Experience as a technical lead for shipping major features/projects, and worked with multiple codebases. Track record of successfully leveraging written communication skills while managing projects. • Proven track record of success with hiring & interview processes
