📋 Description

• Craft innovative solutions through requirements analysis, workflow charts, and precise specifications • Transform business requests into actionable development plans, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Guide projects from concept through implementation, aligned with business objectives • Orchestrate integration of new technologies for smooth functionality and transition • Advocate the benefits of new technology to internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with QA to uphold quality standards • Create flowcharts using Visio or Draw.io, with UML expertise as a bonus • Simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences and bridge business and technology teams • Manage stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement • Define requirements for IT systems and projects • Collaborate with design and technical teams and contribute across Business Analyst, Product Owner, or QA responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital product development as a Business Analyst, PM, PO, or Consultant • Experience in financial services such as banking, fintech, insurtech, or similar industries is a plus • Ownership of deliverable documents and ability to structure them according to project requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Solid time management, organizational, and self-management skills • Good understanding of architecture, APIs, message queues, and related technologies • Experience using software development ticketing systems such as Jira • Proficiency in written and verbal English and Hungarian • Experience in UX research is a plus
