📋 Description

• Translate the Carrier Experience roadmap and product strategy into a clear, prioritized, consistently groomed backlog • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases for engineering • Own day-to-day backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization with the engineering team • Act as the primary engineering contact during each sprint, answering questions and resolving ambiguity • Review and validate completed work against acceptance criteria before release • Partner with QA on test scenarios • Monitor Carrier TMS usage and performance metrics • Flag risks, bugs, and opportunities to the Product Manager and leadership • Coordinate release scope and communicate what is shipping and why • Maintain current documentation of features, workflows, and decisions • Complete onboarding and learn the Carrier TMS product and auto transportation landscape • Establish a working rhythm with the Tashkent engineering team • Identify requirements or workflow gaps and propose process improvements • Use Carrier TMS metrics to inform prioritization • Support Agile best practices across the Tashkent engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business/Systems Analyst, or Associate Product Manager • Experience ideally within an Agile/Scrum environment • Based in Tashkent or elsewhere in Central Asia • Flexibility to overlap with US working hours for standups, planning, and leadership syncs • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to collaborate with distributed engineering and product teams across the US and Central Asia • Detail-oriented, with a track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear, buildable requirements • Comfortable working directly with engineers day to day, unblocking questions, and keeping sprints moving • Bonus background in transportation/logistics, B2B, or Marketplace products • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture, adjust to shifting priorities, and deliver results with limited resources • Open to feedback and ideas, with a collaborative, team-first attitude and focus on continuous improvement
