📋 Description

• Lead and support a local customer-focused sales and service team • Manage strategic customer relationships and serve as the primary technical sales contact • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales, profitability, and growth objectives • Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, inspections, and process optimization • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of chemical feed and delivery systems • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships • Monitor product performance and service quality while resolving customer concerns • Conduct data analysis and document return-on-investment (ROI) for existing and proposed applications • Prepare and deliver timely customer service reports and business updates • Communicate customer requirements, project opportunities, and operational needs internally • Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, expense reporting, and customer records • Attend industry conferences, customer meetings, and company training programs • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support project completion efforts across the assigned territory.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in: Paper Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience • 10–15 years of experience in the paper manufacturing industry • Proven technical sales and account management experience • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans • Strong customer relationship-building and communication skills • Experience documenting and presenting ROI analyses • Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and business planning • Strong project leadership and organizational skills
