• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic system configurations and workflows. • Design, build, test, and implement enhancements for Healthy Planet, Compass Rose. • Support population health initiatives, quality reporting, and interoperability strategies across the organization. • Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and promote secure data sharing. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating as necessary to Epic or internal technical teams. • Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to ensure adoption and optimal use of Epic functionality. • Participate in system upgrades, releases, and optimization projects. • Provide on-call support as scheduled to address urgent system issues.
• Epic certification(s) in Healthy Planet • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 3+ years of Epic application build and support experience. • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and population health initiatives. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Compensation is based on the candidate’s qualifications and aligned with the client’s established pay scale for this role: $100,000 - $115,000
