📋 Description

• Design, build, and modify IEC Carepaths, including associated Epic checklists. • Create and update IEC SmartForms to support CAR-T workflows. • Develop IEC referral workflows for CAR-T evaluation (aligned with BMT-style referral processes). • Build IEC admission order sets consistent with clinical protocols and safety standards. • Create and maintain IEC Flowsheets and IEC Synopsis views. • Develop and update IEC Reports to support clinical care, operations, and monitoring. • Configure IEC notes and related smart tools (e.g., SmartLinks, SmartPhrases, SmartTexts) as needed. • Partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to: Validate end-to-end workflows, Triage and resolve issues, Ensure alignment with organizational standards, policies, and governance, Document build decisions, configuration, and workflows; provide knowledge transfer to internal teams. • Manage work independently, communicate status, and proactively identify and resolve issues or blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical background is required: Registered Nurse (RN) or other relevant clinical discipline. • Hands-on experience as an Epic Beacon Analyst/Consultant. • Strong knowledge of oncology workflows, chemotherapy protocols, and clinical documentation. • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical requirements into scalable Epic build. • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple workstreams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
