• Configure, build, test, and maintain the Epic Ambulatory system with a focus on Bones • Collaborate with clinicians, department leads, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. • Translate complex clinical workflows into effective Epic configurations. • Provide support during system go-lives, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts. • Deliver end-user support and training materials for new implementations and updates. • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. • Participate in project planning, status meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Active Epic Certification or Accreditation (or eligibility) in the relevant core application is required. • Bachelor’s Degree in a health, science, or business-related field. • In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of related professional experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments will be considered. • At least 3-5 years of experience supporting Epic Ambulatory applications in a clinical setting. • Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, clinical informatics, data management, and application administration. • Proven success in information systems implementation, development, and support within a large-scale healthcare organization.
• Salary based on experience $100,000 - $115,000 + • Equal Opportunity Employer
