• Analyze, design, build, test, and implement Epic Cadence configurations to support enterprise scheduling modernization • Standardize clinic visit types, visit modes, and provider templates aligned to operational governance • Partner closely with Epic MyChart Analysts on Fast Pass and direct scheduling enablement • Support ambulatory leaders in improving slot utilization, template management, and access guidelines • Drive improvements that reduce scheduling friction and call center volume • Develop test scripts, conduct system validation, and support cutover and go-live readiness • Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution across scheduling workflows and integrated dependencies • Document build decisions, operational impacts, and best practice recommendations
• Epic Cadence certification • 5+ years hands-on Cadence build experience in a healthcare delivery environment • Strong understanding of access governance and scheduling optimization • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clinic operations, call centers, and technical teams • Experience supporting large-scale Epic initiatives and structured release cycles • Preferred Experience with online scheduling modernization and legacy IDX transitions • Understanding of ambulatory revenue cycle impacts (registration, referrals, auth).
