• Serve as a liaison between system end-users, operational leaders, support resources, and vendors • Design, build and optimize assigned applications • Provide application support and optimization • Collaborate with the Service Desk to respond to service requests • Analyze business issues/requirements and workflows • Implement medium to high complexity activities of assigned software with minimal guidance
