📋 Description

• Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic Bridges interfaces. • Develop and support HL7 interfaces including ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT, MDM, and other healthcare messaging standards. • Configure and support interface engines such as Cloverleaf, Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, or similar integration platforms. • Monitor interface performance and proactively troubleshoot message failures, queue issues, and data discrepancies. • Perform interface testing, validation, integrated testing, and production deployments. • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into interface specifications. • Collaborate with Epic application analysts, infrastructure teams, vendors, and third-party system owners on integration projects. • Support Epic upgrades, new implementations, optimization efforts, and go-live activities. • Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues while maintaining SLA commitments. • Develop and maintain interface documentation, technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and support procedures. • Participate in change management, release management, and after-hours support as needed. • Ensure integrations comply with organizational security, privacy, and interoperability standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of healthcare interface development experience. • 2+ years of hands-on Epic Bridges experience. • Epic Bridges Certification • Strong experience developing and supporting HL7 v2 interfaces. • Experience with one or more interface engines (Cloverleaf, Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, etc.). • Experience troubleshooting interface failures, message transformations, acknowledgements, and connectivity issues. • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VPNs, web services, APIs, and integration architecture. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Salary based on qualifications and experience $110,000 - $150,000
