• Design, build, and implement solutions for query chaining, utilization of the MSP indicator, plan mapping, and auto coverage creation. • Collaborate with revenue cycle and patient access teams to identify improvement opportunities and deliver automation enhancements. • Support testing, validation, and documentation of registration and eligibility build. • Troubleshoot coverage-related configuration issues and coordinate with technical teams as needed. • Provide knowledge transfer and workflow education to internal stakeholders and end users.
• Epic Prelude Certification (strongly preferred). • Proven experience in Epic Prelude, ADT, or Registration/Coverage build. • Strong understanding of eligibility, coverage, and payer workflows.
