• Handle day-to-day reporting tickets related to inpatient workflows and data needs • Fulfill requests for inpatient materials and operational reporting • Design, build, and optimize dashboards and dashboard components to support the inpatient program • Translate clinical and operational requirements into actionable reporting solutions • Attend team meetings as a representative of the reporting function and maintain active communication with project stakeholders • Troubleshoot SQL performance issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Strong SQL development skills (Transact-SQL required) • Epic experience with Inpatient data models and report development • Knowledge of inpatient workflows to ensure minimal learning curve • Ability to work proactively and independently with limited oversight • Demonstrated success prioritizing and managing concurrent reporting requests • Epic Cogito certification and/or clinical data model certification (current or previous) • Experience as an Epic Boost resource (preferred for faster system ramp-up) • ServiceNow ticketing familiarity
