📋 Description

• Support Epic Research Clinical Trials build, including intake and documentation of research study requirements • Partner with researchers and research coordinators to gather and validate research intake details, study documentation, and data needs • Oversee research intake processes to ensure completeness and readiness for transition to Epic build teams • Translate research data requirements into technical specifications and “blueprints” for IT and reporting teams • Collaborate with Epic Cogito teams to support data extraction and reporting needs, including defining requirements for SQL queries • Work closely with medical students and residents to design and implement standardized data collection processes aligned with study objectives • Ensure alignment between research workflows, data capture, and reporting outputs within Epic

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Research Clinical Certification (Required) • Hands-on experience supporting research clinical trials build in Epic • Strong understanding of research intake processes, documentation, and study workflows • Ability to translate business/research needs into technical requirements for reporting and data extraction • Experience working cross-functionally with researchers, coordinators, and IT teams
